The suitable candidate should have scored a mean grade of C Plain or its equivalent in form four and attained a certificate in Food and Beverage Management from a recognized institution.

In addition, two years experience in a supervisory position in a restaurant offering entertainment food and drinks.

Those with experience in managing medium hotels will have an added advantage.
