Job Title: Reservation Sales Agent

Our client is one of the top 10 travel agencies catering to travel market and they are looking for highly experienced individuals to take up the above position:

Main Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service, answer all questions and be a knowledgeable resource for travel agents and consumers.

Proactively assist travel agents and consumers with problems that might occur on a reservation and work across departments to provide seamless resolution
They handle inquiries about ticket fares, sales and bookings, flight schedules, seat availability and connecting flights, airline policies, government regulations, departure and arrival times, tours, car rentals, hotel accommodations, and reserve seats and cargo space for customers
Recommend services that fit each customer's requirements and must be familiar with routes and schedules of other airlines. They also handle any miscellaneous questions and needs that customers have.
They are also responsible for selling tickets and issuing boarding passes

Required Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Tours and travel
Additional qualifications in Sales and marketing will be an added advantage
Proven 3 plus years of sales experience in a similar industry
Demonstrative strong service and consultative skills
Demonstrated strong computer proficiency, including typing skills and the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems
Demonstrated strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
