Profit Centre Head/General Manager Job Vacancy

Our client is a leading global integrated supply chain manager and processor of agricultural products and food ingredients, sourcing 20 products with a direct presence in 64 countries and supplying them to over 10,600 customers. A job vacancy exists for a Profit Centre Head/General Manager.
Job Profile: Strategy Formulation & Implementation
* Part of the Core Country Management Team – Formulate country specific strategies along with the Country Head and other senior management team members
* Develop long term & medium term strategies for various product categories with special focus on deeper 
participation across the value chain
* Identifying future growth drivers in each of the product categories – also look at inorganic growth opportunities in his/her own area
* Develop the domestic business with emphasis on supply chain management – origination, logistics, processing, back end management for retail – and end user based approach

2) Supply Chain Management:-
* Procurement / Primary Sourcing Operations
* Develop/ Manage Inland Logistics
* Processing Both primary & secondary
* Setting-up distribution operation
* Marine Logistics
* Marketing

3) Finance:-
* Risk Management
* Credit Exposure
* Pricing Strategies
* Transfer Pricings
* Forwards / Future/ Hedging
* Working Capital Management

4) People Management:-
* Provide Leadership role for product category in the Country/ Region
* Be a member of a cross functional / cross country teams.
* Managing large local teams across particular country / region.

* The role entails absolute P&L responsibility to the incumbent for both Country / Product levels. Exposure to Micro & Macro economic factor of business environment would therefore require a strong conceptual and analytical bend of mind to operate in international business environment.

Qualification MBA from Premier B-School Only . 
Experience betweem 7-12 years in a FMCG/ Consumer Durable / Retail Background.
Age/Professional Experience: 
Around 30-36 years of age with strong interest in Sales/ Operations/ Finance Background.
