Sales and Marketing Manager
Ace Communications Limited is a leading communication and marketing consulting company operating from Nairobi, Kenya and serves the East and Central Africa region. 

Our services include, Communication Strategy Design and Implementation, Audio-Visual Production, Sales and Distribution.

We are looking to fill the following positions reporting to the Operations Director.

Department: PR/Marketing Department 
Location/Duty Station: Nairobi 

Tasks and responsibilities
* Developing the Company’s annual and long term marketing plans;
* Developing and managing the departments marketing budget;
* Developing cost benefit analysis for all marketing strategies;
* Researching all Digital marketing and advertising opportunities;
* Execution of all Digital marketing plans.
* Ensure adherence to Marketing Procedures
* Developing the marketing strategy in liaison with other departments
* Generating new business for the company and maintaining existing clientele
* Ensure growing the Company’s sales in order to increase revenue for the
* Facilitation of market demands and enabling responsiveness;
* Oversee the sales team to ensure sales growth
* Ensure delivery of results as per targets and keep ahead in a highly competitive environment;

Knowledge and skills required:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, an MBA will be an added advantage;
* Over 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in media , environments would be an added advantage;
* Proven business development skills;
* Strong computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook;
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrable track record of team work;
* Tenacity and resolve to work in a fast paced ,high pressure job; and
* Passion for Digital Media a plus;

CREATIVE MANAGER
Ref: ACE/CON/CM/02
Department: Creative Department 
Supervisor: Operations Director 

Location/Duty Station: Nairobi 
Key responsibility

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative audio-visual production concepts, working closely with the production team.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
A bachelors degree in design/advertising or related field with a minimum of 2 years’ working experience and a strong portfolio in the media industry. Should have some experience in managing creative talent, ability to take creative direction, work independently & proactively. Must be highly innovative, strong communicator
