Duty station: Mogadishu Somalia
Reporting to: Program Support Officer (PSO)
CTG Global seeks to employ a consultant to work
for its UN client in Mogadishu, Somalia, as an Administration and Finance
Assistant.
Duties and Responsibilites:
Personnel management for National, International
and Contracted Staff.
Supervise preparation of monthly attendance sheets
for all staff.
Assist in the production of monthly salary sheets
for all contract modalities.
Assist Nairobi office and PSO with internal travel
for all staff.
Manage the monthly accounts for private and
official telephone bills.
Assist in the preparation of Daily Subsistence Allowances
(DSA) and other allowance claims for all staff.
Manage the incoming and outgoing mail system.
Assist in the management of the operational
advances and petty cash accounts.
Assist in the preparation of the requests for
operational advances.
Assist in the reconciliation of operational
advances and petty cash.
Advise all staff on rules and regulations
pertaining to the United Nations Office for Project Services administration and
finance issues.
Any other tasks as required by the PSO.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Experience in administrative and finance
procedures.
Experience in filing systems.
Computer literate (MS Office).
Fluent in Arabic and English (oral and written).
Ability to work in a gender-equal and
multi-cultural environment.
