The Job
We are looking for Laundry Supervisor to fill a vacant position that has arisen in our Kingfisher Farm - Naivasha region.
Key Responsibilities
Proper cleaning of PPETimely dispatch of PPE
Timely repairing of torn uniforms
Labour management
Maintain sufficient stock of PPE
Maintenance of laundry equipment ¡n good condition
Timely replacement of worn out PPE
Issuing of new PPE as per Farm request
Purchasing of PPE
Keeping inventory of new PPE
Keeping proper laundry records
Proper control of detergents to minimize costs
Timely handling/reporting of employees’ grievances
Timely submission of monthly reports
Performing any other duties that may from time to time arise
The person
The ideal candidate must possess the qualifications / competencies outlined below:Diploma in Laundry related field.
Three years experience in equivalent position
High level of honesty and integrity.
Be a team player
Self disciplined
Computer skills is added advantage.
